Great story… narration solid as well with some exceptions
Love the new direction that THR is going. Mr. Thompson’s narration is consistent throughout all of the stories I’ve heard him for and I enjoy his work. My only note for this book would be that, to my ear at least, he can over act/dramatize (word?) characters (particularly young and female voices); was not a fan of how he portrayed Pan in this story either. Nothing critical to my enjoyment to the story but just my 2cents.

Good story hurt by lack of voice actors.
The stories good but with so many similar names and voice actors having multiple characters makes it hard to follow. Kind of immersion breaking when half of the new characters end up sounding like luke han and Leia. The author deserves better.

Simply fantastic
The storytelling, the narration, the music, the mood (the sense of joy and dread), and voice acting in this are simply fantastic. Loving this era.

Good, if it doesnt shoot itself in the foot.
A reliance on tropes common to sci-fi drag down the story of this book. If the Nihil and Drengir are destroyed over the course of this series it'll lack the kind of enduring struggle that makes a star wars era an era rather than just a story, and it unfortunately appears to be doing just that.
